Ultra-Low Temperature Ball Valve

Ultra-Low Temperature Ball Valve
1. Both fixed ball and floating ball structures are available.
2. Valve body and bonnet: Mainly made of austenitic stainless steel, such as CF8 (304), CF8M (316), and CF3M (316L). These materials have excellent toughness at low temperatures.
3. Exquisite manufacturing and assembly process
① Cryogenic treatment: Key parts will be slowly cooled to below the operating temperature before finishing and kept warm for a period of time to eliminate residual stress, stabilize the dimensions, and prevent deformation due to cold shrinkage during future use.
② Absolute cleanliness and dryness: All parts must be strictly cleaned and dried before assembly to ensure that there is no grease or moisture. Any residual moisture will freeze at low temperatures and cause operational failures.
4. Main application areas
① LNG industry chain: It is the largest market for ultra-low temperature ball valves. Used in: LNG receiving stations (unloading, storage tanks, regasification), LNG liquefaction plants, LNG transport ships, tank trucks, and LNG filling stations.
② Air separation industry: Used for the production and transportation of gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon.
③ Petrochemical Industry: Equipment for liquefied gases such as ethylene and propylene.
④ New Energy and Scientific Research: Liquid hydrogen (-253°C), liquid helium (-269°C), and other lower-temperature applications.
